Gemel is a precision tool and die shop, specializing in thermoformer blister packaging tooling for the Pharmaceutical Industry, combining OEM quality with technical expertise and quick turnaround to meet your tooling needs. Using your product and specifications, we will send you, in one to two days, a complete package layout engineered and designed on our CAD system along with a quote for the tooling required.

Upon approval of the package layout, the tooling will be designed and manufactured at our facility in Ivyland, PA, USA.

We design and manufacture tooling for all intermittent thermoforming machines including Uhlmann, Korber/Klockner, Technicam and Blipak, as well as for continuous rotary thermoforming machines such as: Bosch, Uhlmann, IMA, and others.

Our facilities include over 24,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. Utilizing state of the art equipment, we engineer and manufactur all of your tooling in house offering the fastest turnaround in the industry.

We are constantly working together with engineers and mechanics on innovative projects for your production benefits. This teamwork has yielded such products as the Empty Capsule Eliminator, Product Feed Systems (GFS II and GFS II-XL), and the high speed Mr. Deblister™ Product Recovery Systems.

No job is too large or small. We will work with you to satisfy all of your needs. Whether you need a tool designed and delivered to meet a production deadline, or a specialty tool for a specific need.

With the addition of our Objet EDEN 260V 3-D printer we can now offer overnight prototyping capabilities.

We stand by all of our tooling and products 100% and are constantly striving to adapt to the changing needs of the thermoforming industry.
